The bakery began its story in 1956, when my maternal grandparents decided to embark on this beautiful family business. With dedication and hard work, they laid the foundation for what we know today. After them, my parents continued the tradition, bringing their own creativity and passion for baking.
The company Promociones Alfergui was founded in 2013, inheriting a wealth of experience and tradition in the production of high-quality bread and pastries. Since its beginnings, it has worked hard to offer fresh and delicious products, incorporating family recipes and artisanal techniques that have been passed down from generation to generation.
Today, both my brother and I, together with our parents, have taken the reins of the business, keeping the family legacy alive while adapting our recipes and products to modern tastes. We strive to deliver the same quality and love that our grandparents put into every loaf they baked.
